Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Evolver 360 is a sports intelligence platform operated by Rising Match Lda, a company registered in Lisbon, Portugal. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Evolver 360 platform, including the EDAC (Evolver Decision Assessment Circuit) programme, the SAC assessment system, and all associated services.

By registering an account or accessing any part of the Evolver 360 platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

If you are registering on behalf of a player under the age of 16, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and that you consent to these terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

The Evolver 360 platform is open to athletes aged 8 and over. Users under the age of 16 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register. By completing registration for an under-16 athlete, the parent or guardian confirms they have read and accepted these terms.

We reserve the right to verify age and identity, and to suspend accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Registration and Membership

Membership is activated once an athlete completes their first SAC assessment. To qualify as active, you must:

• Register a valid account with a confirmed email address
• Complete at least one full SAC assessment within the Evolver app

Registration alone does not activate membership. Assessment completion is required.

Re-assessments are priced at €5 per session. Pricing for future services (e.g. EDAC Pro, EDAC Clubs) will be communicated separately.

We reserve the right to modify programme terms with 30 days' notice to registered members.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Evolver 360 honestly and in good faith. The following are prohibited:

• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or athlete profile when registering or completing assessments
• Attempting to inflate, manipulate, or game your SAC score or EEI ranking through any means other than genuine athletic performance
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete assessments or interact with the platform
• Sharing account credentials or completing assessments on behalf of another person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary assessment frameworks, scoring algorithms, or platform content

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, removal from rankings, or permanent ban from the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including but not limited to the EVO Score methodology, the SAC assessment framework, the EDAC programme structure, the EEI scoring algorithm, visual design, brand assets, and editorial content, is the intellectual property of Rising Match Lda and Evolver 360.

Your assessment results and personal data belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to use your anonymised performance data to improve the platform, calculate rankings, and conduct research. We will never publish or share your individual data without your consent.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Evolver 360 platform without written permission from Rising Match Lda.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Evolver 360 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any assessment result, score, or ranking.

Evolver 360 scores are assessment tools, not professional qualifications. Rising Match Lda accepts no responsibility for decisions made by coaches, scouts, clubs, or individuals based on EVO Score, SAC score, or EEI rankings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rising Match Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account by contacting hello@evolver360.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the Evolver 360 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
