1. Introduction

Evolver 360 is a sports intelligence platform operated by Rising Match Lda, a company registered in Lisbon, Portugal. We build tools that help athletes measure and improve cognitive-technical performance through the EDAC programme.

Rising Match Lda is the data controller for all personal data collected through the Evolver 360 platform. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at hello@evolver360.com.

This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

Registration data

When you create an account or register for EDAC, we collect your name, email address, age band, and country. This is necessary to create your account and deliver the EDAC service.

Assessment data

When you complete a SAC (Speed, Accuracy, Consistency) assessment through the Evolver app, we record your results — including raw response times, accuracy scores, and your calculated EEI (Evolver Edge Index). This data is the core of the service.

Technical data

We collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system. This is collected automatically and used solely to maintain platform security and diagnose technical issues.

Analytics data

We use privacy-focused analytics (GA4) to understand how the platform is used. Analytics are consent-gated — we only collect this data if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Create and maintain your Evolver 360 account
• Deliver the EDAC programme and calculate your EEI rank
• Send service communications (account confirmation, app download links, assessment reminders)
• Send optional marketing communications — only if you have given explicit consent
• Improve the platform and develop new features, using aggregated, anonymised data

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

4. Data Retention

Registration data is retained for the duration of your active membership. Assessment data is retained for service delivery — your historical scores power your progress tracking and ranking.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Certain aggregated, anonymised data (e.g. population-level performance statistics) may be retained for research purposes — this data cannot identify you.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — you can ask us to delete your data ("the right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — you can ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
• Portability — you can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@evolver360.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

6. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — session management and consent preference storage. These cannot be disabled as they are required for the platform to function.
• Analytics — used to understand platform usage patterns. These are only set with your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any technology that shares your data with advertising networks.

7. Third Parties

We work with a small number of trusted third parties:

• Form endpoint provider (Formspree or equivalent) — used to process contact and registration forms securely
• Analytics (GA4) — used to measure platform usage with consent

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with marketing or advertising companies.

8. Children's Data

Evolver 360 serves athletes from age 8 upwards. For users under the age of 16, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before account creation. The EDAC Kids programme is designed specifically for younger athletes, with age-appropriate assessment formats.

Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting hello@evolver360.com.
